Although it's not the lightest double stroller, it comes with enough features to be worth a look. The Cloud comes with a tiny but spacious storage basket. It's large enough to accommodate an enormous diaper bag. The basket is a bit narrow and you may have to put something in it to reach the back. The Cloud has two tray for parents and children with two cup holders each however they're both too narrow to comfortably hold larger bottles or cups.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS

Jeep Destination Ultralight is a lightweight double stroller with a minimalist design, which is ideal for travel. It's light at 18 pounds (lighter than many single strollers!) and it folds flat for easy transportation and storage. It also has independently reclined seats and large all-weather SPF50 sun visors that have large windows with peekaboos and storage bags underneath the seat. It's heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus at 23 pounds, but it's thin and slim (26.5 inches wide!) and is packed with elegant features that make it perfect for travel. It folds easily, very maneuverable, and is easily able to fit in overhead compartments as well as trunks of airplanes.

The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, like the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Cosatto Woosh Double Stroller for Twins - Lightweight or Mountain Buggy Nano Duo. It's similar to Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but it has a few distinct distinctions. It's also a bit more expensive, but it offers more maneuverability and a larger sun canopy. It comes with a convenient strap for carrying and can hold kids weighing up to 44 pounds in one seat.

If you're looking for a stroller that's lightweight but also loaded with features you'll find it in the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+.
