This top-rated model comes with a small operating cost. You'll need to purchase a new bag each time your old one gets full. And, although they're not expensive but you'll feel guilty about throwing them to waste.

You can begin cleaning your space immediately after you have paired the i7+ with its Clean Base, or you can ask it to run a few exploratory training runs without vacuuming first to make a floor plan. Once you have an outline of the space you can use the iRobot app to label rooms and construct virtual barriers. You can also set specific cleaning times for certain rooms.

The i7+ robot vacuum is a top-of-the-line model. It's powerful and comes with all the features you'd expect from a home automation device however, it's costly and difficult to justify. The competition is a lot cheaper and includes the Roborock S7, which feels more durable, has lower cost of operation and has a longer runtime and does a better job on floors that are not clean than the i7+.
